DIY store Wickes has been given a fresh new look in Blackheath and it is celebrating with a weekend of festivities and very special visitor.
Yes, the Mayor and Mayoress of Greenwich will be there but what we’re really excited about is the Dulux dog.
The store will relaunch at 10am on Friday (June 30) with customers getting 15 per cent off all weekend.
There will be a chance to meet and get a photo with the Dulux dog between 11am and 3pm on Sunday (July 2).
The store features new kitchen and design centres, complete with professional design consultants. It also has a new in-store Dulux colour mixing service and brands such as Bosch, Makita, Stanley, Karcher and Ronseal.
Store manager Tony Brown said: “We’ve designed the store to make it easier to shop for your home improvement project – the layout will help guide you to everything that you need for your project, in one visit. You’ll find inspirational room sets; worktops, appliances, baths and taps on display and our expert design consultants will be on hand to help you plan your dream space.”
