A new company opening in Kent that cares for elderly people from Dartford to Petts Wood is promising 50 new jobs for the area.
Jag Yogarajah has opened Home Instead Senior Care in Sevenoaks to provide care for clients spanning from Dartford to Petts Wood.
The young mum worked in the financial industry for eleven years before deciding to change career paths.
She said: “I decided that with a young family I needed to look at a change of career and I also knew that caring is part of me.
“I grew up in a family where respect and care for our elders was one of the first things I remember being taught. I loved to spend time with my grandparents, and looking back on that made me want to set up a business where I could make a difference.“
The service, provided in Dartford, Orpington and Petts Wood, is “tailored to the needs of individual clients” so they can remain living in their home.
