An Eltham teen has been charged with dangerous driving after 15 pedestrians were mowed down by a car.
Four men, aged between 20 and 50, were seriously injured in the collision and were taken to a London hospital.
Harlee Pendergast, 18, faces four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following the incident on the Medway City Estate in Kent on September 30.
The area is reported as being popular with boy racers, with the incident occurring on Longley Road at about 10.15pm.
Locals have complained previously about the racers using the estate for drag and drift races late into the night,
Pendergast, of Green Lane, has been bailed to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Courts on March 14, according to Kent Police.
