OFFICERS investigating the murder of a man in a tower block have arrested a third man.
Warren Gray, 24, was shot dead at Milford Towers, Rushey Green, on May 3.
A third arrest in connection with the killing was made yesterday evening.
A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody.
A 42-year-old man was arrested in connection with the inquiry on the day of the shooting.
He was bailed to return to a south London police station on July 5, pending further inquiries.
However, police have now decided to take no further action against him.
- Marvin Hussein, of Stanstead Road, Catford, appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on May 21.
The 24-year-old is charged with the murder of Mr Gray.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on July 25.
