Flowers left for Sifa Rifat
The woman, named locally as Sifa Rifat, was pronounced dead at the scene, prompting an investigation by officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
It is believed that she was crossing the road with a walking stick.

He has been bailed to appear before Medway magistrates on November 8.
