MISSING: Hazel Smith.
A woman who is receiving ongoing medical treatment and went missing from Bromley has been found safe and well.
Police were concerned for the welfare of Hazel Smith who was last seen at around 2pm on Thursday, September 8.
The 21-year-old is described as a white woman, 5ft 4inches tall and of slim build.
She has long, straight light brown hair and was last seen wearing a beige floral print jumper, black leggings and carrying a white, floral patterned bag.
