A man was taken to hospital after becoming unwell 10 floors up on a building site in Greenwich.
The patient was working on scaffolding near the O2 when he started to feel ill.
He was lowered to the ground in a small cage attached to a crane with the help of an on-site medic.
Paramedics took him to hospital for further treatment.

A spokesman for LAS Hart said: "It was on a building site at the O2 Greenwich.
"A male became unwell on the 10th floor and had to be lowered down by their own man rider with a medic with him."
