A 41-year-old man has been charged with drink-driving over a crash in Gravesend.
Police were called to reports of a two-car crash in Harmer Street at 9.30am on Friday (June 24).
A man was arrested at the scene after refusing to provide a specimen.
Gurvinder Singh Jagpal, of Bartlett Road, Gravesend, has been charged with drink-driving, driving while disqualified, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
He has been bailed to appear before Medway magistrates on July 27.
