The latest set of new homes at Ebbsfleet Garden City will become available to buyers this summer.
Developer Countryside is currently building 123 new homes in Springhead Park, Ebbsfleet Valley.
A quarter of the properties will be affordable, and the company will offer properties ranging from two-bed maisonettes to four-bed houses.
Managing Director of New Homes and Communities South at Countryside Iain McPherson said: “We are pleased to say that work is under way to build the next phase at Springhead Park and we anticipate these homes will be available to buyers this summer.
“We are proud to be leading the way in the delivery of Ebbsfleet Garden City, creating much needed new housing for North Kent and shaping a city of the future.”
With George Osborne pledging £310m towards the garden city in the government’s Autumn Statement, companies hope to deliver businesses and job opportunities, affordable housing and services such as high speed broadband within the community.
