Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, was arrested on a beach in Ghana two-and-a-half weeks ago, on January 9.
He appeared at a court in the country's capital, Accra, earlier today (January 26), and said he would not fight extradition back to Britain - according to reports.
Mr Simpson-Kent appeared at Kaneshie District Magistrate Court two weeks ago, on Tuesday, January 12.
An international manhunt was launched after the bodies of Sian Blake, 43, and her sons - eight-year-old Zachary (pictured right), and four-year-old Amon (left) - were found buried in the back garden of the family home in Pembroke Road on January 5.
Police had spoken to Mr Simpson-Kent at the house on December 16, and returned two days later to find the property empty.
They had to break the door down to gain entry. Mr Simpson-Kent arrived in Ghana the following day.
Miss Blake and the boys were last seen on Sunday, December 13 - visiting Miss Blake's relatives in east London.
All three died from head and neck injuries.
