A 16-year-old girl arrested on suspicion of murdering a teenager in Sydenham has been released without charge, police confirmed today (November 17).
The girl was detained after Nathan Murray, 18, was stabbed to death in Sydenham High Street on June 1, this year.
Marley Lucas, 21, of Champion Road, Sydenham is due to stand trial accused of his murder at the Old Bailey on Monday.
He remains in custody.
A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Murray died from a stab wound to the chest.
