A serial shoplifter who stole £400 worth of goods from a Longfield chemist in one hit has avoided jail, with a suspended prison sentence.

Kellie Ann Hiscock stole the items, which were worth £411.69, from the pharmacy in Station Road.

The Bligh Way, Strood, resident was sentenced at Medway Magistrates Court last Monday (October 26) after pleading guilty to five counts of shoplifting.
