A woman was cut from her car and hospitalised following a crash with a lorry on the A2 near Cobham.
The incident took place just before 2pm today (October 6) and temporarily had traffic at a standstill.
The woman was treated by paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAMB) for chest and back pains.
A SECAMB spokesman said: "We were called at 2pm to report an incident between a car and a lorry.
"As a result of this, we sent two ambulances and two cars.
"Injuries were to a female patient aged approximately 20-years-old.
"She suffered chest and back pains but was fully conscious and then taken to Medway Maritime Hospital."
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police were called at 1.55pm following a collision involving a car and a lorry on the A2 coastbound at Cobham.
“One woman was cut from the car and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
Watling Street was blocked for almost 30 minutes but reopened at 15.30pm.
