Gravesend lifeboat crews were called out rescue five people stranded in a dingy in the Thames at Greenhithe.
The lifeboat was diverted from exercise just before 2pm on Tuesday (July 21) to reports of five people in a dingy believed to be in difficulty just off Ingress Park.

A spokesman for Gravesend RNLI said: "Once on scene it was confirmed by a member of the public that the group had come ashore at Greenhithe causeway 20 minutes earlier.
"London Coastguard were informed and the Lifeboat was stood down and continued on exercise."
