A man has died after being hit by a train near Grove Park station this morning (July 13).
The incident happened between Sundridge Park and Grove Park at around 8am, involving the 7.55am service from Bromley North.
Current on the track was turned off at 8.03am, Southeastern said.
Scores of police were seen at Grove Park station, with a string of emergency vehicles lined up outside.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "Colleagues from London Ambulance Service also attended, and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The incident is not being treated as suspicious and officers are working to identify the man and inform his family."
Deborah Corcoran was on the 7.55am service when the accident happened. The 36-year-old, of Glebe Road, Bromley, said: "We were coming up to the corner where you come to Grove Park and the train just slowed and stopped. The driver said immediately that something had happened."
She added: "He sounded awful. My heart goes out to him, the poor man. He did his best to let us know what was happening."
Ms Corcoran said she was on the train for around 45 minutes before passengers were led out through the driver's cab and along the side of the track, where they were screened from what had happened.

She said: "The response was really quick. Everybody did their best to let us know what was going on in particularly horrible circumstances. So hats off to them.
"I have sympathy for the person under the train and sympathy for the driver as well."
Jordan Heale, a 21-year-old from Park Road, was on the train. He said: "The driver clearly stated that he had run in front of the train.
"It occurred right alongside a footpath which is easily accessible to the track as there is no fencing present. My heart goes out to the driver who had to witness the horrific event."
Southeastern trains were unable to run between Grove Park and Bromley North for much of this morning, but the line has since reopened.
