Armed police have swarmed upon a residential road in West Kingsdown, after an assault there yesterday (July 5).
Kent Police were called to Hever Avenue at 8am to reports of a disturbance, and arrested a 63-year-old man on suspicion of GBH.
South East Coast Ambulance Service were also called to the 'private address' - and an air ambulance landed nearby.
A 21-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and is also under arrest.
The 63-year-old was later released on bail until Monday, July 27.
The men are believed to have known each other - and police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

Hever Avenue has been taped off today while police investigate.
An eye-witness told News Shopper: "It was all taped off. There was a lot of police, and an armed unit."
