Officers have charged 23 people with drug offences following raids last week in Gravesend, London, Deal and Dover.
More than 100 officers carried out 20 warrants over three days which has resulted in a number of charges.
The raids took place from May 19 until May 21 last week.
Among those arrested was a 17 year-old from Doria Drive, Gravesend, charged with 12 counts of supplying class A drugs and six counts of offering to supply class A drugs.
They are due to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on June 12.
Another three people arrested have been bailed pending further enquiries.
