Top Boy star Ashley Walter and Apprentice finalist Bianca Miller spoke at an event in Lewisham aiming to inspire youngsters.
The Lewisham Youth Conference provided career guidance and future advice for young people in the borough.
Both stars were interviewed by comedian Eddie Kadi, with Bianca describing how she started her business empire and Ashley speaking about his climb to the top, followed by a question and answer session.
Elevating Success CEO Andrew Brown said: "Young people still don't know what's out there for them, to have all these organisations in one place enables young adults to make decisions on what career they could potentially have and what's in the big wide world.
"The highlight of the day was definitely having Bianca and Ashley on stage with Eddie interviewing them both.
"Having two recognised celebrities offering advice to young adults was amazing."
More than 500 people attended the event at Goldsmiths University, organised by Elevating Success and supported by Lewisham Homes.
The event also included 'Keeping Safe' workshops from the Metropolitan Police, a motivational talk by social enterprise BelEve and a university workshop led by young volunteers currently in university.
