LICENSING chiefs have received five objections to an application to extend opening hours at a pizza takeaway.
Haji-Mirzagul Zabibullah has applied to Greenwich Council to serve pizza and late-night refreshments until midnight on Sundays to Thursdays and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The shop, called Pizza 2 Night, Wickham Lane, Abbey Wood, can currently serve until 11pm.
Licensing bosses will make a decision on the application on Friday.
Five letters of objection have been received from nearby residents and businesses.
They raised concerns the extension would increase crime and disorder and create a public nuisance.
But owner Mr Zabibullah says he would install CCTV at the premises, and make footage available to council officers and police if the new licence were granted.
