In yesterday's News Shopper we reported on Bromley Council's proposed council tax rise.
We stated that the overall rise will be 4.9 per cent.
This means a Band D resident will pay £1,217.70 in the next year.
This is an annual increase of £42.03 and not a monthly increase as reported.
The rise will be debated and then agreed at the full council meeting on February 19.
- News Shopper is happy to clarify this matter.
