RESIDENTS can nominate somebody they believe has made an outstanding contribution to community life.
The Taking Pride in Gravesham Awards will be held on May 15 this year.
Categories include a young person who has made an outstanding contribution to helping others and a champion of older people.
Nominations can be made for activities the individual has been involved with between April 1 last year and the closing date for entries, March 16.
Organisations can vote as well as individuals.

The awards are not open to employees or members or the council, members of the Pride in Gravesham Panel and their families.
