EXHIBITION space at one of Bexley's major arts venues is to be given over to a group of talented young artists.
Throughout this month, the Chapel Gallery at Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley, will be showing the work of more than 60 art and design students from Bexley College.
The exhibition will be combined with two creative workshops, aimed at A-level art and design students.
There will be a wide variety of work on show, from photography to sculpture. For most of the students it will be the first time their work has been on public display.
Jane Campling, art and design curriculum manager at the college in Tower Road, Erith, described the exhibition as "a great opportunity".
She added: "The work selected demonstrates the high level of skill, effort and ingenuity of our students."
The college is about to open a new Artworks art centre which will provide new facilities for students.
Staff and foundation students from the college will conduct the two free workshops.
They will be held from 1pm to 3pm in the Great Hall at Hall Place tomorrow and on February 22. To ensure a place, call 01322 526574.
