THREE teenagers are due to appear at crown court tomorrow charged with raping two 16-year-old girls in a park.
Two 13-year-olds, one from Catford and one from Sidcup, and a 14-year-old from Catford, were charged following the incident close to Durham Hill Park, Downham, on November 23 last year.
The trio all appeared at Balham Youth Court on November 29. They were released on bail and reappeared on January 26.
A fourth youth, a 14-year-old from Catford, was also arrested on suspicion of rape following the incident, but was released without charge.
