GREENWICH may have lost the bid for a super casino, but Bexley is still weighing up options to open a skating rink.
Bexley Council is inviting residents in Bexley or any of the surrounding boroughs, to give their views on the idea.
Hundreds of News Shopper readers have already commented on whether they would like to see an ice rink in the borough.
They have described what sort of activities they would like to take part in or go to watch at a rink.
Suggestions have also been made as to how much people would be prepared to pay to use the facility.
The council is now in the process of analysing people's answers to measure public opinion.
