THE Lewisham Expert Patient Programme has announced the dates of its forthcoming courses.
The programme is funded by Lewisham PCT and administered by The Positive Place. Courses aim to increase self-esteem, give a feeling of control, manage depression and pain and help improve the communication skills of patients living with long-term health conditions. The next course of two-and-a-half hour sessions for six weeks, starts on Monday until March 12 from 2pm until 4.30pm at Lee Health Centre, 2 Handen Road, SE12 8NP.
