FIRE crews were called after a stolen jeep was abandoned and set alight.
The 4x4 Vauxhall Frontera was left on a grass verge at the junction between Midfield Way and Chipperfield Road, Orpington, last night.
The vehicle had been driven through nearby a nearby woodland area causing some damage, before being set fire to at around 7.30pm.
One fire engine from Sidcup attended the blaze, extinguishing it within minutes.
