POLICE have released CCTV stills in their bid to catch an Honor Oak Park station mobile phone thief.
The victim, a 25-year-old man, was sitting in the second carriage of the train, a 3.52pm West Croydon to Dalston Junction service, on November 15 when the theft happened.
Detective Constable Mark Agrippa from British Transport Police explained: "At 4.10pm, the passenger was on his phone on the train when a man approached and snatched it from his hand.
"He then left the train at Honor Oak Park as the doors were closing and the victim was not able to follow him. The stolen phone is a black iPhone 4S worth approximately £450."
Police believe the man in these stills could hold vital information.
