THESE images show the moment a pair of masked robbers smashed their way into a Longfield building society and stole thousands of pounds in cash.
The suspects are wanted by police after the cash in transit robbery just before 8pm on June 27 at the Nationwide building society in Station Road.
Two cash delivery drivers were attending to the ATM when two men pulled up outside in a white BMW.
They forced their way into the building society by smashing down a window before assaulting both cash delivery drivers and demanding they hand over cash from the ATM.
Shortly after, the offenders made off in the vehicle with a large quantity of cash.
They are both described as wearing black balaclavas, black hoodies with their hoods up, black trousers, gloves and black footwear. One is described as 5ft 10ins tall, the other 6ft 2ins.
The car, understood to be stolen, was later discovered abandoned in Darenth with an empty cash box inside.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Mark Froome said: "This was a nasty attack on two delivery drivers. One was punched a number of times in the face as the offenders demanded they hand over the money.
"The offenders have got away with a large quantity of cash having used a stolen car as part of the crime. This was an organised operation."
