THESE strange markings, that appeared in a Sydenham park two weeks ago, have led locals to believe aliens might have landed.
Jackie Major, of Newlands Park, Sydenham, says she was walking in Alexandra Recreation Ground near Penge East station when she noticed them.
The 48-year-old said: "I noticed it about two weeks ago and jokingly thought 'the aliens have landed, we've got crop circles in the park'.
"I have talked to people in the park, nobody knows what it is. It is a mystery."
