A 20-YEAR-OLD man arrested on suspicion of arson after two fires were started in four days at the same shop in Gravesend has been released without charge.
Firefighters were called to the basement of Kent Hair Studio in Harmer Street at 6am on March 24 and again at 3.55am on March 27.
A man was treated for smoke inhalation following the second blaze and police arrested a man from the Gravesend area on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
He was rebailed pending further investigation until April 29 and has now been released without charge.
