TWO men have been arrested following the murder of a Catford man in Camberwell.

Jerome Edwards, 23, was found with gunshot wounds to the head at a flat in Southwell Road, Camberwell, at 4.50am on April 14.

A post mortem examination carried out at Greenwich mortuary on April 15 established the cause of death as a gun shot wound to the head.

Shortly after police were called to the scene, a 21-year-old man turned up at hospital with a gunshot wound to his ankle. He was later discharged.

Officers believe he was shot in the street near to the flat in Southwell Road.

There was a party with around 100 guests going on in a first floor flat at the time of the shooting, and police want witnesses to come forward.
