BEXLEY police is hoping to open four more information points across the borough in the next year.
There are currently four information points in Bexley, located at libraries in Bexleyheath, Welling and Blackfen as well as Asda in Broadway.
Since the scheme was launched two years ago, the borough’s 50 non-uniformed volunteers have spoken with more than 5,000 residents.
The police are now looking for volunteers to expand the number of information points or to join the existing team running the Marlowe House front office in Sidcup.
Those interested should head along to the information point at Asda in Bexleyheath Broadway or at Welling library between 10am and midday on April 11.
If you are interested in volunteering at Marlowe House you can visit between 10am and 2pm on April 13 for more details.
