A SECOND man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery after a cash box was stolen at the Asda supermarket in Gravesend.
The 22-year-old, from Erith, has been bailed until December 17 along with a 24-year-old man from Bexleyheath, who was arrested last week.
Kent Police officers were called to the store at around 12.30pm on November 6.
Security guards had arrived at the store to fill the ATM machine when a red Mini Cooper parked up just outside and two men wearing balaclavas got out and allegedly attacked the security guard.
They took the cash box before making off.
The vehicle was later recovered at Kendal Gardens, while the cash box was found in Swanley.
The security guard suffered a bruised wrist as a result of the assault.
