STEPHENS Janet Mary Janet Stephens' family are sad to announce her passing on 19th June following a long battle with dementia. Her joy for living and infectious laugh remained her trademark to the end. Janet will be remembered for her service as a Charlton midwife, delivering over 300 babies and later as a district nurse. She was also responsible for the St Thomas Church bath project.
