A man in his 50s was taken to hospital with a head injury after a crash in Plumstead.
Police were called to Plumstead Common Road at around 6pm on Sunday, June 11 to reports of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
A man in his 50s was found at the scene with a head injury.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is helping police with their enquiries.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to Plumstead Common Road shortly before 18.00hrs on Sunday, 11 June to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
“Officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service.
“A man, in his 50s, was found with a head injury.
“He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
“We await an update on his condition.
“The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is helping police with their enquiries.”
