Bromley’s very own Mr Darcy has been found after a series of tough tests at intu Bromley last weekend.

Paul Johnson won tickets to see Pride and Prejudice at the Churchill Theatre later this month as well as a pre-show meal and bottle of prosecco, an overnight stay at Bromley Court Hotel, return taxis with Cannon Cars and a £50 intu shopping voucher.

Mr Johnson was shortlisted along with Adam Benwell and Stephen Findlay following a vote on the News Shopper website and all three took part in a final at intu which involved learning a Regency-style dance, sketching love interest Larissa and reciting a declaration of love to her.

Pride and Prejudice is at the Churchill Theatre from September 21 to 24, with a cast including Matthew Kelly and Felicity Montagu as Mr and Mrs Bennet.
