BOYBAND The Wanted will be hitting the road next year with their first ever UK arena tour, playing The O2 arena in spring.

The five-piece group which became one of the biggest breakthrough acts of last year will be playing 11 arenas across the country culminating with a show at the Greenwich venue on March 3.

The boys, whose debut single All Time Low shot to number one, said: “After the success of our first tour, which we think the mums just may have enjoyed even more than their kids, we're planning our first arena tour for February and March of next year.

"We just want everyone to come along and enjoy themselves."

Their latest number one single Glad You Came is the first from their hotly tipped second album.
