Owners Comment

One of the bonuses for us is the close proximity to the park (approx 50 yards away) where we regularly walk. Although we don't have young children, there is a lovely play area which is often in use, plus the band stand where community activities are organised. Another advantage has been the short distance to Ebbsfleet International station, approx 15 min walk and only 5 mins to the A2 and Bluewater. We get no through traffic and it is relatively quiet.
