DATE OF INQUIRY: 4th June 2019 starting at 10.00am (8 day Inquiry) VENUE: Committee Room 2, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close,
Bromley, Kent, BR1 3UH Appeal against refusal of a planning permission for Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site by the erection of a four to eight storey development with basement parking, comprising 151 residential units (63, one bedroom; 80, two bedroom and 8 three bedroom) together with the construction of an estate road and ancillary car and cycle parking and the landscaping of the east part of the site to form open space accessible to the public
The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for 8 days, and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend to decide the appeal. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector's decision will be published on the planning portal website.
Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector's discretion give their views on the development.
