DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 199b The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.D51) Traffic Order 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to designate a new parking place at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in:

of a drainage network, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Aldrich Crescent and Montacute Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place;

a) Aldrich Crescent will be closed at its junction with Montacute Road;

b) Temporary parking restrictions will be introduced on both sides of Montacute road between Aldrich crescent and Wolsey Crescent;

c) Temporary parking restrictions will be introduced in Aldrich Crescent on both sides,15 metres from the junction of Montacute Road;

d) Introduce any other traffic management measures as required to facilitate the drainage installation works.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 14 December 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
