ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TIEPIGS LANE WEST WICKHAM NOTICE OF INTENTION

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TIEPIGS LANE WEST WICKHAM NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Network Rail to complete a detailed bridge examination survey THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Tiepigs Lane West Wickham will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Saturday 1st December 2018 between the hours of 22.00 on Saturday 1st December 2018 until 06.00 on Sunday 2nd December 2018. The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge in between the junctions of Hepburn Gardens and Deer Park Way. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Bourne Way Station Approach Pickhurst Lane Hayes Hill Road
2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 1st December 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to one night between the hours of 22.00 on Saturday 1st December 2018 until 06.00 on Sunday 2nd December 2018 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Virgin Media to complete essential cabling works THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Salt Box Hill will be closed to through traffic for up to two days from Saturday 1st December 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Main Road Biggin Hill.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Main Road A233
Lebanon Gardens
Stock Hill
Norheads Lane
Oaklands Lane
2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 1st December 2018 with no specified finish date.

Yester Road Chislehurst will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Saturday 17th November 2018 between the hours of 22.00pm on Saturday 17th November 2018 until 06.00am on Sunday 18th November 2018. The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge in between the junctions of Sundridge Avenue and Lubbock Road. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Walden Road Elmstead Lane Sundridge Avenue
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 17th November 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to one night between the hours of 22.00pm on Saturday 17th November 2018 until 06.00 on Sunday 18th November 2018 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to enable the holding of street markets promoting local business on Thursday 15th November 2018 between 9am and 11pm THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions:

Orpington High Street (Orpington) will be closed to through traffic between its junctions with Station Road and Homefield Rise on Thursday 15th November 2018 between 9am and 11pm
