Proposal: Erection of two new build dwellings; in the alternative to permission granted under DC/16/02944/B8RES proposed change of use from a use falling within Class B8 (storage or distribution centre) to 3 x 2 bed dwellings (C3 Use class)
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
