ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS SOUTH NORWOOD HILL & ROSS ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate construction works on a new residential development and future utility connections to that site, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular and pedestrian traffic movements and parking in South Norwood Hill and Ross Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) the south-western footway of South Norwood Hill will be closed between the common boundary of Nos. 137 and 139 South Norwood Hill and the junction with Ross Road, and the south-eastern footway of Ross Road will be closed between the junction with South Norwood Hill and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Ross Road;

(b) parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time' on both sides of the carriageway in South Norwood Hill between the common boundary of Nos. 137 and 139 South Norwood Hill and the junction with Ross Road, and in Ross Road between the junction with South Norwood Hill and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Ross Road;

(c) Ross Road will be closed to vehicular traffic at its junction with South Norwood Hill;

(d) any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced in both South Norwood Hill and Ross Road as required.

3. Whilst the closure is in place, the diversion route will be via South Norwood Hill, Whitehorse Lane, Canham Road and Ross Road.

4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2018 and will remain in force for 18 months. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

BENSHAM LANE, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate duct laying works in the footway on behalf of BT Openreach, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit parking in Bensham Lane.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" between the common boundary of Nos. 359 and 361 Bensham Lane and the north­western boundary of No. 85 Brigstock Road.

3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

4. The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within twelve days (between 9am and 4pm each day). However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

BUXTON ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate repairs to a service pipe on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Buxton Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Buxton Road will be closed outside No. 38 Buxton Road;

(b) Waiting and loading restrictions will apply and parking will be suspended in Buxton Road on both sides of the road outside Nos. 31 to 39 Buxton Road;

(c) Any other temporary traffic management measures will be introduced as required to facilitate the said works.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Frant Road, Meadowview Road and Buxton Road as appropriately signed.

4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

DINGWALL ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a vehicle holding areas for construction vehicles involved in building development works at the former Carolyn House site on Dingwall Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Dingwall Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) parking bays will be introduced and restricted to authorised permit holders only between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, in Dingwall Road at the location specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) outside of the permitted hours parking will be prohibited in this location and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will apply.

3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
MELVILLE AVENUE, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a temporary crossing whilst construction works are carried out at Coombe Wood Free School, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Melville Avenue.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place one-way working will be introduced in Melville Avenue northbound, between its junction with Coombe Road a point 15 metres south of that junction.

3. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

PUBLIC FOOTPATH 560a BETWEEN FARNBOROUGH AVENUE AND BROADCOOMBE, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to enable the installation of a new modular classroom at Red Gates Primary School they intend to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian movements on Footpath No. 560a.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall proceed along the Public Footpath No.560a between its junctions with Broadcoombe and Farnborough Avenue.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for pedestrians will be via Farnborough Avenue and Broadcoombe.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the removal of modular units, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Thomson Crescent, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Thomson Crescent between both its junctions with Euston Road, Croydon.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 14 August 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
