ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FOOTPATH NO. 897, BETWEEN FIELDWAY AND DUNLEY DRIVE, NEW ADDINGTON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the gas main replacement works, they have made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian movements on Footpath No.897.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall proceed along Public Footpath No.897 which lies between Dunley Drive and Fieldway, New Addington.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for pedestrians will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 6 months. However, the Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS SOUTH VALE, UPPER NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate excavation works to clear a blockage in the carriageway, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in South Vale.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) South Vale will be closed between its junction with Central Hill and Nos. 1 to 4 Barrington Walk;

(b) Waiting and loading restrictions will apply and parking will be prohibited in South Vale on both sides of the road from a point 50 metres north-west of the north-western boundary of Nos. 1 to 4 Barrington Walk to a point 50 metres south-east of the south-eastern boundary of Nos. 1 to 4 Barrington Walk;

(c) Any other temporary traffic management measures will be introduced as required to facilitate the said works.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Central Hill, Harold Road, Bedwardine Road and Gatestone Road as appropriately signed.

4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 18 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 197 The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. D15) Traffic Order 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:

a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No. 24 Addiscombe Avenue, Croydon, No. 155 Beauchamp Road, Upper Norwood, No. 13 Charlton Gardens, Coulsdon, No. 81 Dundee Road, South Norwood, No. 141 Fairchildes Avenue, New Addington, No.

A copy of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not

to make the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA.

6. The Order is intended to introduce/extend disabled parking bays in roads where difficulty is being experienced in the parking of disabled persons' vehicles due to heavy demand for parking in those areas. The order would also revoke those disabled parking bays which are no longer required in order to make best use of kerb space.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to create a sewer connection and manhole for a new development, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Chipstead Avenue, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

(a) No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Chipstead Avenue between the south-eastern boundary of No. 21 and the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 Chipstead Avenue.

(b) No person shall cause any vehicle to wait, even for the purposes of loading and unloading goods at any time between the south-eastern boundary of No. 21 and the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 Chipstead Avenue.

(c) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Nuffield Road and Woodcote Avenue, as appropriately signed.

4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 18 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within a maximum of 21 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
