CAMPDEN ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a tower crane installation, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic movements in Campden Road.
2 Whilst the said works are taking place,
(a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Campden Road between its junctions with Coombe Road and Croham Road;

(b) 8 parking bays will be temporary suspended to facilitate the works as appropriately signed;

(c) temporarily introduce footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time should this be required.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Croham Road, Croham Park Road, Coombe Road and Spencer Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 14 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 6 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CHIPSTEAD AVENUE, THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to create a sewer connection and manhole for a new development, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Chipstead Avenue, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

(a) No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Chipstead Avenue between the south-eastern boundary of No. 21 and the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 Chipstead Avenue.

(b) No person shall cause any vehicle to wait, even for the purposes of loading and unloading goods at any time between the south-eastern boundary of No. 21 and the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 Chipstead Avenue.

(c) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Nuffield Road and Woodcote Avenue, as appropriately signed.

4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 18 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within a maximum of 21 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN CROYDON The Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No.D14) Traffic Order, 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council, proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce "at any time" double yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule 1 to this Notice, to reduce double yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of street specified in the Schedule 2 to this Notice, to introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of street specified in Schedule 3 to this

Notice and to amend loading restrictions in the length of street specified in Schedule 4 to this Notice.
3. A copy of the proposed Order and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Order Making Section, Parking Design Team, Place Department, Croydon Council, Floor 6 Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1 EA or email Parking.Design@croydon.gov.uk quoting the reference PD/CH/D14 by 20 June 2018.

6. The Order is intended to introduce new, amend existing or remove existing waiting and loading restrictions at various locations. These measures are intended to address all or some of the following situations: improve safety by providing increased visibility, especially at junctions and on bends; prevent obstructive parking so that turning vehicles have sufficient manoeuvrability and improve access for all road users, especially pedestrians, cyclists, emergency and public service vehicles.

Both sides, for a distance of 9.5 metres north-east and 11.5 metres south­west of its junction with Heathfield Road.
Ampere Way
? The north-east side, from a point 5 metres north-west of a point opposite the north-western kerb-line of Franklin Way north-westward for a distance of 65 metres.

The north-west side, for a distance of 8.5 metres north-east and 13 metres south-west of its junction with Sutton Gardens.
Denmead Road
? The north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side, from the south-eastern boundary of No. 1 Denmead Road north-westward for a distance of 52 metres.

? The north-east to south-west arm, both sides, from its junction with the north-west to south-east arm of Denmead Road to a point 3 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 12 and 13 Denmead Road.

Downs Court Road
The south-west side, from a point 10 metres north-west of a point opposite the north-western kerb-line of Selcroft Road to a point 7 metres south-east of a point opposite the south-eastern kerb-line of Selcroft Road.
Hastings Road
Both sides, from its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road north-eastwards for a distance of 9 metres (amending the existing single yellow lines to double).
Heathfield Road
Both sides, for a distance of 9.5 metres either side of its junction with Aberdeen Road.

? The north-east side, from the common boundary of Nos. 8 and 10 Lancaster Road north-westward for a distance of 37 metres.

? The south-west side (adjacent to the flank wall of No. 56 Southern Avenue), extending the double yellow lines at the junction with Southern Avenue south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.

Leslie Grove
Both sides, from its junction with Cross Road north-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.
Lower Barn Road
The north-east side, from the common boundary of Nos. 38 and 40 Lower Barn Road south-eastwards for a distance of 26 metres.
Parkway
? The north-eastern arm, the north-east side, extending the double yellow lines at the junction with the roundabout to finish at the common boundary of Nos. 41 and 43 Parkway.

? The north-eastern arm, the south-west side, extending the double yellow lines from the south-eastern end of the bus stand to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 35 and 37 Parkway.

Pollards Hill North
Both sides, extending the double yellow lines from the south-western extremity of the road to a point 11 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Pollards Wood Road.
Sandpits Road
The south-east side, from its junction with Upper Shirley Road north­eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.
Stapleton Gardens
Both sides, the entire length of the east to west arm of Stapleton Gardens, between its junction with Coldharbour Road and its junction with the north to south arm of Stapleton Gardens.
Sutton Gardens
Both sides, from its junction with Davidson Road north-westwards for a distance of 7 metres.
Upper Shirley Road
The north-east side
? From a point 3 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 128 and 132 Upper Shirley Road to the common boundary of Nos. 144 and 146 Upper Shirley Road.

¦ The carriageway immediately surrounding the island site north-west of the junction with Sandpits Road.
? From the south-eastern kerb-line of Sandpits Road south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.

Wellesley Road
? The south-west side, from the common boundary of Nos. 59 and 61 Wellesley Road to the north-western flank wall of No. 87 Wellesley .Road (amending existing single yellow lines to double).

? The north-east side, from a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 59 and 61 Wellesley Road to a point 13 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Newgate.

Gonville Road
The north-east side, reducing the double yellow lines outside Nos. 116 and 118 Gonville Road by 3 metres at their south-eastern end.
Llmpsfleld Road
Both sides, reducing the double yellow lines at its junction with Gonville Road by 5 metres at their south-western end.

Upper Shirley Road
