TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER VARIOUS ROADS WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that In order to allow Southern Gas Networks (SGN) to complete essential gas main replacement work to be discharged In the streets listed In the Schedule below THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

(1) WAITING VEHICLES


No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to wait in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street or part of a street adjacent thereto as may become necessary.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986, or by the Council in accordance with the powers conferred upon it.
(2) PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC


No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto.
(3) ONE-WAY WORKING


No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in any street specified in the Schedule to this Order, or any other street adjacent thereto, in a direction other than that indicated by traffic signs.
NB: During the prohibitions at (2) and (3) above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.
NB: The above prohibition at (3) will not apply to cul-de-sacs.
2. THE prohibitions referred to in Paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 18th April 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. THE Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, and the works will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.


5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of closures as appropriate. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.


6. NOTHING in the order shall apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works.


7. NOTHING in the Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or Traffic Warden.

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC BERRYS HILL CUDHAM NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for UK Power Networks to cut vegetation from the electricity powerlines THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-


Berrys Hill Cudham will be closed to through traffic for up to one day on Wednesday 25th April 2018 between the hours of 09.30-15.30. The point of the closure will be at various locations between the junctions of Jail Lane and Church Hill.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Jail Lane
Main Road A233
Grays Road
Cudham Lane South
Church Hill
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.


3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 25th April 2018 with no specified finish date.


4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to one day on Wednesday 25th April 2018 between the hours of 09.30-15.30 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.


5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.


6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.


7. PEDESTRIAN access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-


The Meadway Chelsfield will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Tuesday 8* May 2018. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Warren Road and Windsor Drive. Access to the recycling area will be available via the Warren Road junction with The Meadway.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Warren Road Windsor Drive
2. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 8th May 2018 with no specified finish date.


3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.


4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to replace a fire hydrant THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-


Barnet Wood Road Hayes will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Tuesday 8th May 2018. The point of the closure will be opposite a property called Gorsewood which is approximately 130m from the junction of Five Elms Road. Access to the Bromley Rugby Football Club will be maintained via the junction of Five Elms Road. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Oakley Road Croydon Road A232 Five Elms Road
2. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 8th May 2018 with no specified finish date.


3. | NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.


4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

Concerning the Planning Appeal by: Bellway Homes (Thames Gateway) Site: Maybray Business Park, Worsley Bridge Road, London SE26 5AZ
Appeal against refusal of planning permission relating to application 16/05897, for the demolition of existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment of the site
to provide new buildings ranging from five to nine storeys in height comprising 159 residential units (Use Class C3), 1,099 sq m commercial floorspace (Use Class Bla-c), residents gym (Use Class D2), together with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and infrastructure works.
PLANNING INSPECTORATE REFERENCE: APP/G5180/W/17/3181977 DATE OF INQUIRY: 9th, 10th, 11th and the 14th 15th 17th May 2018 VENUE: Committee Room 2, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley


The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for 6 davs in total, and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend to decide the appeal. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector's decision will be published on the planning portal website.
Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector's discretion give their views on the development.
