ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) ROADS SURROUNDING STANLEY PARK HIGH SCHOOL

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) ROADS SURROUNDING STANLEY PARK HIGH SCHOOL

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to eliminate conflicting traffic and to regulate the flow of a large number of expected vehicles for the "Open Evening" at Stanley Park High School it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Thursday 21 September 2017 for one day.

3. When the Open Evening is taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily between the hours of 4.00pm and 9.00pm introduce:-

(a) one-way working in the following roads:

* Diamond Jubilee Way between its junctions with Gaynesford Road, Kings Avenue and Damson Way (roundabout location) in a north to south direction and in that part of Diamond Jubilee Way which leads into Fountain Drive in a west to east direction;
Fountain Drive between its junction with Diamond Jubilee Way and Damson Way (to the roundabout location) in a west to east direct
Damson Way from its junction with Fountain Drive (roundabout location) to its junction with Metcalfe Avenue in an east to west and southwesterly direction.
Metcalfe Avenue from its junction with Damson Way to the entrance to "Queen Elizabeth's Mobility Centre" in a southwesterly direction.

Note The emergency access gate between Damson Way and Metcalfe Avenue will be opened to facilitate the flow of traffic.

(b) ban the left turn from Kings Avenue and right turn from Gaynesford Road into Queen Mary's Avenue.

(c) ban the left turn from Forelle Way into Diamond Jubilee Way,

(d) ban the right turn from that part of Fountain Drive (property No's. 1 and 7) into the main thoroughfare of Fountain Drive.

(e) ban the right turn from Monkey Puzzle Way into Damson Way,

(f) close that part of Damson Way which lies between the roundabout location with Diamond Jubilee Way and a point opposite the eastern flank wall of No. S Damson Way (except for access for residents)

4. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) WANDLE ROAD, BEDDINGTON

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to install a new sewer connection and because works are being executed near the road it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 9 October 2017, with works expected to take 5 days to complete. However the Order will remain in force for 3 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in Wandle Road, Beddington on its eastern side between its junctions with Elmwood Close and Park Road introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions 'no loading at any time'.

4. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time When these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) BANSTEAD ROAD, CARSHALTON AND SURROUNDING ROADS

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate electrical cabling works and because works are being executed on or near the roads it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 16th October, with works expected to take 1 month to complete. However the Order will remain in force for 3 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (to include the suspension of any Parking Bays) in:-

*Banstead Road, Carshalton the suspension of free parking bays on both sides of the road (i.e. between Nos. 60 and 70 Banstead Road and Nos 87 and 93b Banstead Road);
* Park Hill on its west side from its junction with Hill Road to the common boundary of Nos. 47 and 49 Park Hill.

Please note that not all of the suspensions will take place at the same time.

4. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time When these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) NEWSTEAD WALK, CARSHALTON

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to carry out Box bathroom replacement works it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Tuesday 17th October 2017 with works expected to take 1 day to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for three months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. Whilst the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily close Newstead Walk, Carshalton between its junction with Kelso Road and Stavordale Road.

4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Stavordale Road and Kelso Road and vice versa.

5. Vehicle access to properties adjacent to the prohibited length of road will be maintained at all times insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

6. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) BEDDINGTON LANE AND COOMBER WAY

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton and with the agreement of the London Borough of Croydon hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate tramline renewal and road resurfacing works and because of the likelihood of danger to the public, it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Thursday 19th October 2017, with works expected to take 5 days to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for six months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in:

* Beddington Lane, between its junctions with Croydon Road and Coomber Way:-
* Prohibit all vehicular traffic (NOTE: Vehicle access to properties adjacent to the prohibited length of road will be maintained at all times insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works)
* Coomber Way on Its north-west and south-east side between its junction with Beddington Lane and Beddington Farm Road:-
* introduce waiting & loading restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and 'no loading at any time'.

4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will as follows:

* For HGV's:
* south bound, Croydon Road and Mitcham Road A236, Purley Way A23, Croydon Road A232, Hilliers Lane B272;
* north bound, Croydon Road A236, Carshalton Road A237, Croydon Road A232, Hilliers Lane B272;
* all other traffic will be diverted via Coomber Way and Ampere Way.

5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) THE CRESCENT, BELMONT

1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that to allow access for large vehicles to a new development site in The Crescent, Belmont it intends to make a Temporary Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 9 October 2017 with works expected for the

* development site 15 months to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be re­introduced should further works be required.

3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are being displayed the Order will temporarily in The Crescent-

* introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between 7.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays, in certain lengths from its junction with Station Road.

4. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
