NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that McCarthy & Stone Limited has applied for a new Premises Licence for the premises known as Elles House (Retirement Living), Shotfield, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 0BL
The application is for the sale of alcohol, by retail, for homeowners and their invited guests only between the hours of 1100 hours and 2300 hours Monday to Sunday and 1100 hours to 0100 hours on New Year's Eve

Deadline for representations is Thursday 9 June 2022
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
