The amounts are higher for households within the area of Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators, in order to cover the cost of the Conservators' levy. Actual bills may be less as a result of discounts.

Long-term empty premium
In accordance with the Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018, properties which have remained vacant (empty and unfurnished) for a significant amount of time will now attract an additional premium of council tax as follows: -
- 100% extra premium for properties vacant over 2 years from 1st April 2019
- 200% extra premium for properties vacant over 5 years from 1 st April 2020
- 300% extra premium for properties vacant over 10 years from
1st April 2021.
