ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14
AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
ABERDEEN ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water service pipe repair works, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Aberdeen Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Aberdeen Road will be closed to vehicular traffic south-westbound.

3. During the closure the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below.
- Via St Peters Road, Coombe Road and South End
- Via St Peters Road, Selsdon Road, Bartlett Street and Brighton Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 27 November 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS HOLLYMEOAK ROAD. COULSDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate urgent Openreach works to restore services, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Hollymeoak Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Hollymeoak Road will be closed outside No. 17 Hollymeoak Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Woodfield Hill and Starrock Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed. Access to properties will be maintained.

4. The Order will come into operation on 29 November 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

MATTHEWS YARD AND SURREY STREET. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate fit-out works at a new building development, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Matthews Yard and Surrey Street, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) The south-west side of Surrey Street will be partially closed by a hoarding outside Nos. 5 to 7 Surrey Street;
b) Matthews Yard will be closed between its junctions with Charles Street and Surrey Street.

3. Whilst Matthews Yard is closed the alternative route for pedestrian traffic will be via Overton's Yard.

4. The Order will come into operation on 13 December 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within seven months. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install electric vehicle parking bays and charging points they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking and pedestrian traffic in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in the sections of road listed in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice;
b) Footway closures will apply in the sections of footway listed in column 3 of the Schedule to this Notice and pedestrians will be directed into a walkway in the carriageway.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 10 December 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within approximately 10 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
